In the early 1990s, I was invited to take part in a large-scale IT project to help a company implement a powerful new business system. Back then, we collected data manually and uploaded it via spreadsheets. When we needed to enhance the data and were told support wasn’t available, I decided to learn how to help myself.

We’ve taken a different path.

That moment sparked a lifelong passion. I dove into self-learning and quickly found I had a talent for understanding and applying new concepts. What began as a simple curiosity turned into a new path — one that would later lead me to consulting and supporting companies around the globe.

As I began helping businesses, I found something even more rewarding than the technical work: listening to people and solving real problems. Meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tools that truly empowered them became the most fulfilling part of my day.

This hands-on approach allowed me to design solutions that were both powerful and user-friendly — putting control where it belongs: in the user’s hands. By focusing on clarity, simplicity, and functionality, we found ways to deliver results faster and more efficiently than many large teams encumbered by layers of process.

One turning point came when I was tasked with enriching millions of data points. It demanded a whole new level of creativity and efficiency. That project reshaped how I viewed software development and problem-solving — showing me that even a single person can make a massive impact when armed with the right vision.
